In my own words...
My desire to coach was ignited in 2011 when I was preparing to go to Bible college. I graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma after completing two years of ministry training. I went to Southwestern Christian University to obtain my B.S. in Psychology, but in my final year, coaching became my passion. Instead of increasing student loan debt, I went on to pursue my coaching certification from Light University and became a Certified Christian Life Coach. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. In 2019 I completed and published my first book, a devotional named "I AM says I AM" which was accomplished with the help of my awesome coaches at the time.
Before I was ever certified, I was a go-to person for friends and family, and oftentimes a listening ear and advice giver for strangers. I'm passionate about empowering people to reach their goals and to walk in freedom. I love to speak about Christ, marriage, mental health, parenting, blended families, childhood trauma, and business. I have the education, life experience, and training that will help you reach success. I have coached clients professionally helping them to reach their goals and achieve self-growth. I am also a life coach for women in my church. Instead of telling you what to do, I would much rather come alongside you and help you achieve the results you are seeking based on your personal goals and your purpose.
My passion and purpose is to help women get their fight back so they can succeed in fulfilling their purpose! Life can get crazy, so let us sit down together to get some clarity and motivation to move you forward.
